If a spreadsheet or guide you bought from our shop does not do what its product page describes, or you simply find it is not useful for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. No long forms.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@profiteraai.com from the address you used to buy.
- Include your order number (in your receipt email) and, if you are willing, one sentence on what did not work for you — it helps us improve.
- We confirm within two business days and issue the refund to your original payment method through PayPal/Payhip.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
Things to know
- After a refund, the download link is deactivated and the license to use the product ends.
- Refunds are not available after 14 days, or where a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund suggests abuse.
- This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
- Products from other companies that you buy through our links are refunded by those companies under their own policies.
